Ready to start the new year with purpose, clarity, and connection? Join Byron and Loopie for an unforgettable 7-day, 6-night oceanside retreat on the stunning island of Cozumel. Reconnect with your body, mind, and community through daily hot yoga, nourishing meals, and breathtaking Caribbean adventures.

Each day includes two rejuvenating yoga sessions—a morning practice to energize and an evening flow to unwind—held in serene, oceanfront spaces designed to elevate your experience. Between classes, enjoy three delicious, mostly plant-based meals daily, with accommodations for all dietary needs.

Twice during the retreat, we’ll head out on a guided snorkeling excursion to explore Cozumel’s world-famous coral reefs. These vibrant, aquatic journeys—along with all yoga classes and meals—are included in your retreat package.

Where You’ll Stay

You’ll have the option of two neighboring boutique hotels, both located in Cozumel’s tranquil North Zone, just five minutes from the airport and downtown San Miguel.

When you’re not practicing yoga or snorkeling, the island is yours to explore. Optional activities include:

  • Visiting ancient Mayan ruins

  • Jet skiing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or scuba diving

  • Submarine tours and ATV/Jeep adventures

  • Exploring San Miguel’s vibrant shops, restaurants, and nightlife

  • Visit the beautiful stingless bee sanctuary

  • Additional Open Water Diver Certification and Scuba Diving Opportunities

Retreat Pricing – January 2026

All packages include 7 days / 6 nights of accommodations, daily yoga classes, 3 meals per day, and 2 guided snorkeling excursions. Does not include airfare or transportation to and from the airport, local taxi’s are inexpensive.

Know you want a spot but not sure which room? Pay a 1000$ deposit twice, then decide on your accommodations! Once you do, we’ll email you the final payment amount. All three payments must be made by December 31, 2025. No refunds or exchanges.

Additional Open Water Diver Certification and Scuba Diving Opportunities

All courses/dives include gear but NOT transportation.

All deposits are non refundable

Open Water Course $550 ($200 deposit)

-3 days: first day confined water (pool), second day 2 open water dives at the beach, third day 2 open water dives from a boat

-includes elearning which the student is to complete BEFORE arriving

Discover Scuba Diving $190 for 2 dives from a boat ($100 deposit) or $100 for 1 shore dive ($75 deposit)

-for first time divers who are interested in diving but do not want to commit to the Open Water course

-some scuba skills performed firstly in confined water and then will be taken up to 12 meters

Fun Dives $150 ($100 deposit)

-for those divers who are already certified and have gone diving with in the past year

Refresher Course 2 boat dives $200 ($100 deposit)

-for certified divers who have not been diving in the past year
