Hot Yoga Philadelphia – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or attending any class, workshop, or service offered by Hot Yoga Philadelphia, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies posted in our studio and on our website.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old, or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18. By attending, you confirm that you are physically and medically able to participate in hot yoga or other studio activities.
3. Health & Safety
Hot yoga is practiced in a heated environment (typically 95–105°F). By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You practice at your own pace and accept responsibility for your well-being.
You will hydrate before, during, and after class.
You will rest or exit the room if you feel lightheaded, unwell, or overheated.
You have consulted a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, or if you are pregnant.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Hot Yoga Philadelphia involves physical activity in a heated room, which carries inherent risks including injury, illness, dehydration, or heat-related complications.
By attending any class or event, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release Hot Yoga Philadelphia, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or claims arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Reservations, Late Cancels & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least [X hours] before class to avoid fees or loss of credits.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in charges or forfeited class credits.
The studio may adjust the schedule, cancel classes, or change instructors at any time. Credits will be returned in the event of a studio-initiated cancellation.
6. Memberships, Packages & Payments
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Memberships and class packs are non-transferable.
Expiration dates are listed at the time of purchase.
Auto-renew memberships will continue until canceled; cancellations must be submitted according to the membership policy terms.
Pricing may be updated with reasonable notice.
7. Studio Conduct & Policies
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, participants agree to:
Arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted.
Follow instructor guidance at all times.
Keep the hot room a quiet zone.
Turn off or silence phones before class.
Use studio equipment responsibly.
Stay home if experiencing symptoms of illness.
8. Personal Belongings
Hot Yoga Philadelphia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Photography, Video & Marketing
We may capture photos or videos during classes or events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify staff and we will honor your request.
10. Privacy & Data
Hot Yoga Philadelphia collects personal information (such as contact info, booking history, and signed waivers) solely for operational and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Changes to Terms
Hot Yoga Philadelphia may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
